This policy explains what Creator Tracker (“we”, “us”), operated by Creator Tracker, collects when you use https://creator-tracker.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored encrypted by our authentication provider; we never see them.
  • What you create: the channels you scan, your scan history, and the creators, brands, notes, tags and statuses you save to your lists.
  • Basic technical data: the essentials needed to keep you logged in and the site secure, such as login cookies and server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request).

Public information we look up for you

When you scan a YouTube channel, we read publicly available information: the channel's details and recent video descriptions (through the YouTube API Services), and pages the creator links publicly, such as their website or link-in-bio page, to find public business contact details. We show this to you and keep it to make the service faster and more useful for all users.

YouTube API Services

Creator Tracker uses YouTube API Services to read public channel and video information. By using Creator Tracker, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not access your own YouTube or Google account.

How we use it

  • To run the service: log you in, perform scans, and save your lists.
  • To email you about your account, such as confirming your email, your trial, or your subscription.
  • If you ticked “Send me product updates and tips”, to send you occasional news and tips. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by emailing hello@creator-tracker.com.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the service

We use a small number of trusted providers, who only process data to provide their service to us:

  • Supabase: database and login
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Resend: sending account emails
  • Cloudflare: domain and email forwarding
  • Google (YouTube API Services): public YouTube data

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and lists for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and your lists, except where we must keep something by law.

Your choices

You can see and edit your lists in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email hello@creator-tracker.com and we'll handle it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Creators and brands

If you are a creator or brand and want information about you removed from Creator Tracker, email hello@creator-tracker.com with a link to your channel or website.

Children

Creator Tracker is a business tool for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and for important changes we'll let you know by email.
