Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Creator Tracker for using Creator Tracker at https://creator-tracker.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Creator Tracker for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Creator Tracker helps influencer marketing agencies research YouTube creators: it finds sponsorships in public video descriptions, public contact details, and lets you keep lists of creators and brands.
YouTube
Creator Tracker uses YouTube API Services. By using Creator Tracker, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account is for one person. Don't share your login.
Free trial and payment
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. The trial only needs your email; no payment card is required, and you won't be charged automatically when it ends. To keep using Creator Tracker after the trial, choose a Pro plan: currently $9 per month, billed monthly, or $60 per year, billed yearly. Subscriptions are paid in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable except where required by law. If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam, or contact creators or brands in ways that break anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR);
- use Creator Tracker to harass anyone, or for anything illegal;
- resell, copy or bulk-download the service or its data, or use bots to access it;
- try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Accuracy
Sponsorship detection, contact details and other results are produced automatically from public information and may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before relying on it. You're responsible for how you use the information, including how you contact people.
Your content
The lists, notes and tags you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
Our service
Creator Tracker, its design, code and brand belong to Creator Tracker. We may improve, change or stop features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your lists.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Creator Tracker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Creator Tracker and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@creator-tracker.com. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above, and email you about important changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
